Chief Executive and founder of Ascot Group, Ray takes overall responsibility for the group’s activities. With over 15 years operational experience in the Balkans in both commercial and political spheres he became the first to IPO a technology company in Macedonia whilst pursuing a narrowly focused investment strategy in the natural resources sectors.
Ray also performs an honorary service as Chairman of the award winning British Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo; the British Business Group in Macedonia; and is a member of the Executive Committee in the Council of British Chambers of Commerce in Europe.
Daniel is the founder and Managing Director of Lavellin Corporate Services Limited, a multi-family office looking after the investments, tax, legal and other relevant affairs of high net worth individuals.
In this capacity Daniel looks after the liquid assets in excess of USD 1bn, including a private equity fund investing in the energy and mining sectors. Prior to this, Daniel worked for 12 years in Corporate Banking and Private Wealth Management. He built a successful career at UBS and Citigroup.
He holds a degree in Public Administration from Volgograd Academy for Civil Service. In addition to English, Daniel speaks fluent Russian and German.
Jette is the founder of a chartered accountancy firm in South Africa which has been successfully serving clients for over twenty years.
During this time Jette has also held C-Level positions in companies with primary activities in real estate, insurance, financial services and international trade.
Her current appointment on the Organisation for African Business Development, as Director General of Investment Strategy, sees Jette apply her insight and broad knowledge base in mining, agriculture and corporate finance, alongside the African Union, to create an environment where businesses and investors can thrive in a United Africa.
